You can easily make a reservation directly on our website. Simply choose your pickup and drop-off location, select your pickup and return date/time, and then choose your preferred vehicle category such as car, motorbike, ATV, buggy, or scooter.
Yes, walk-in rentals are possible at our rental stations in Stalida and Malia. However, vehicle availability and specific models cannot be guaranteed without a reservation.
Yes, online bookings often include special offers and discounts, allowing you to rent your vehicle at a better rate.
We always recommend booking as early as possible, especially during the high season, to ensure the best availability and prices.
Yes, changes to your booking are possible. Last-minute changes may involve additional charges depending on the type of modification.
Yes, you may cancel your reservation. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for detailed cancellation policies regarding cars, motorcycles, ATVs, buggies, and scooters.
Cancellation for car rentals is free up to 48 hours before the pickup date.
For ATV, motorbike, buggy, and scooter rentals, cancellation fees may apply depending on the cancellation time. Please check our General Terms & Conditions for more details.

Yes. During the booking process, simply select the pickup location closest to your hotel.
A minimum rental period of one day is usually possible depending on the location. If a minimum rental requirement applies, it will automatically appear during the booking process when selecting your dates and times.
Yes, one-day rentals are available depending on the location and vehicle availability.
Yes, we offer long-term rentals. Please send us your desired rental period at info@eurodriver.gr and we will provide you with a personalized offer.
It depends on the type of holiday you are planning:
- Motorcycles — perfect for riders who want to fully explore Crete's amazing mountain roads and coastline.
- Cars — the best option for families, comfort, and long-distance travel.
- ATVs and buggies — ideal if you want a fun and unique experience, definitely something memorable during your holiday.
- Scooters — lightweight, easy to ride, fuel efficient, and perfect for easy parking around busy tourist areas.
For families, we generally recommend:
- Group C vehicles or larger for small families
- Group D vehicles such as the Kia Stonic for families with large luggage
- SUVs for 5 adults or travelers looking for extra comfort and space
For couples, scooters, ATVs, buggies, and smaller cars are all excellent choices depending on your travel style and planned routes.
Driver Requirements
The minimum rental age is 19 years old.
Yes, drivers aged 19 and above are allowed to rent selected vehicle categories.
Yes, as long as your driving license is valid and not provisional.
Yes, a young driver fee may apply on car rentals depending on the vehicle category.
For motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, and buggies, there is no young driver fee.
- For cars, ATVs, and buggies: a valid Category B (car) driving license or equivalent is required.
- For motorcycles and scooters: an A, A1, A2, or equivalent motorcycle license is required depending on the vehicle category.
No. An A1 or equivalent motorcycle license is required for scooter rentals.
The following licenses are accepted without an IDP:
- EU driving licenses
- Licenses issued in Norway, Iceland, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein
- Licenses issued in the USA, Canada, and Australia
For the following countries, a national driving license in credit-card format is accepted:
Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, Georgia, Ghana, Indonesia, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, Morocco, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Republic of Korea, Moldova, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Seychelles, South Africa, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Zimbabwe, and others according to current Greek regulations.
For licenses issued in Japan, Republic of China (Taiwan), and North Korea, an official English translation is required together with the national license.
For all other countries, both a valid national driving license and an International Driving Permit (IDP) are required.
Yes, additional drivers are allowed.
- Car rentals: €2 per day
- Motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, and buggies: €5 per day
Yes, additional drivers are permitted as long as they meet the rental requirements and are registered in the rental agreement.
Yes. Drivers with less than 1 year of driving experience may rent selected vehicle categories. An additional fee of €4 per day applies.
No, provisional or learner licenses are not accepted.
We accept driving licenses from all countries, provided they meet the legal requirements for driving in Greece.
Depending on your country of issue, you may need:
- A valid national driving license only
- A national license with official translation
- Or a national license together with an International Driving Permit (IDP)

Payment & Deposit
Yes, a security deposit is required depending on the vehicle category and model.
For car rentals, we also offer optional Premium Full Insurance on selected categories, which can eliminate the security deposit.
The deposit amount depends on the vehicle category and model. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for the full list of deposit amounts.
Yes. The deposit is usually taken as a card preauthorization. Once the vehicle is returned in the same condition and all rental terms are respected, the preauthorization is released.
Depending on your bank, the amount may become available immediately or within a few business days.
Yes, cash payments are accepted.
Yes, we accept both debit cards and credit cards.
No. You can pay using a debit card, credit card, or cash depending on the rental category and insurance option selected.
The remaining balance is paid upon arrival during vehicle pickup. Payment can be made by cash or card.
No. Transparency is one of our company values, and we always aim to keep our pricing clear and honest with no hidden charges.
Yes, all prices include 24% VAT.
Yes, all taxes and VAT are included in the final booking price.
No, there are no additional airport delivery charges for our listed airport locations.
Fuel is not included. We operate under a fair fuel policy — you simply return the vehicle with the same fuel level as received.
Vehicle Use & Rules
Vehicles may not be taken on ferries without prior written permission from Eurodriver.
ATVs may only be driven on light dirt roads that are visible on official maps. Please note that damages caused while driving on dirt or off-road surfaces are not covered by insurance.
Yes, helmets are provided free of charge with all motorcycle, scooter, ATV, and buggy rentals.
Yes, phone holders are available for an additional €2 per day.
Yes, we offer:
- Baby seats
- ISOFIX child seats
- Booster seats
- Booster seats with backrest
All child seat options are available for €2 per day.
Yes, unlimited mileage/kilometers are included with our rentals.
Yes, you may travel all around Crete using asphalt/public roads.
Yes, pets are allowed in our vehicles. However, the vehicle must be returned clean. If excessive cleaning is required due to pet hair, odors, or stains, a cleaning fee of €100 may apply.
No, smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. If the vehicle smells of cigarettes or smoke upon return, a €60 valet cleaning fee will be charged.
No, crossing international borders with our vehicles is not permitted.
Yes, but you must contact us in advance if you expect to be delayed. Unauthorized late returns may result in additional charges depending on the length of the delay.
The correct fuel type depends on the vehicle model. During pickup, our staff will inform you exactly which fuel to use for your rental vehicle.
Yes, all our scooters are equipped with large top cases/storage boxes ranging from 48 to 52 liters, ideal for helmets, bags, and personal belongings.
Pickup & Return
You must present:
- A valid driving license appropriate for the booked vehicle category
- A valid form of identification (passport or national ID card)
Yes, one-way rentals are available. The system will automatically calculate any applicable one-way fee during the booking process.
We operate on a fair fuel policy: you receive the vehicle with a certain fuel level and are required to return it with the same level.
