Terms and Conditions & Requirements
We want your experience with Eurodriver to be a fun and hassle free, however for everyone’s benefit there are some terms and conditions that apply. Please read carefully as you will sign to say that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions when you pick up the motorcycle.
We deliver to the following locations:

Requirements for a Motorcycle Rental
Renter must have a current and appropriate drivers licence.
For Motorcycle types up to 125 cc Must have at least one licensed year of experience, Renter must be at least 18 years old Either European A1, A2, or A license is required. Visitors outside of the EU must provide both a national and International license.
For Motorcycle types over 125 cc and up to 48hp: Renter must have at least one licensed year of experience, and be at least 20 years old A2 or A license required.
For Motorcycle types over 48hp: Minimum requirement at least one licensed year of experience category A license. International motorcycle license required for non-EU residents
We do not accept in any case, provisional licenses, learner permits or temporary licenses.
Customer Orientation
Every customer will receive an orientation to the motorcycle they have selected to rent. The client orientation will cover all aspects of safe motorcycle operation, the clients’ maintenance responsibilities, local laws.
Motorcycle Substitution
Eurodriver reserves the right to substitute the motorcycle confirmed to the rental customer. In the unlikelihood that we are unable to provide a confirmed motorcycle, a similar or better model will be provided to the customer.
Fuel Policy
Fuel costs are the client’s responsibility. Your vehicle will be delivered with a certain amount of fuel and you will have to return it with the same amount. Eurodriver claims no responsibility for motorcycle fuel variations, consumption, and mileage.
Rental Rates -
All rates may vary by season -Discount rates are subject to blackout dates and availability. – Advertised rates are subject to change without notice.
Rental Hours
Out of Hours delivery charge of 25 Euro applies on all deliverys or collection between the times of 23:00 - 08:00
Cancellations Related to Covid 19 travel bans
If you are forced to cancel as a result of Covid 19 lockdowns or travel restrictions that are officially imposed by governments, we will refund your reservation deposit in full if you notify us 48 hours before rental. You must contact us in writing via email at info@motorbikerentalcrete.com
If your airline cancels your flight, without an official government travel restrictions in place, Eurodriver reserves the right not to issue a full refund.
Refunds and Cancellations Policy
For any other reason, In case you need to cancel your reservation, you must contact us via email at info@motorbikerentalcrete.com Cancellations or changes by telephone will not be accepted.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations after the Final Booking Confirmation are subject to a €50 administration fee.
On group bookings or while renting more than one vehicle, a €50 administration fee is for each vehicle.
Refunds
Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance of the rental start date.
100% deposit refund (minus the administration fee).
Or 100% credited deposit towards future bookings with Eurodriver without 50€ administration fee. (credit must be used within the following 30months of original reservation.)
Cancellations made between 14 days and 48 hours of the rental start date.
100% credited deposit towards future bookings with Eurodriver with a 50€ administration fee. (credit must be used within the following 30months of original reservation.)
No refunds.
Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the rental start date.
No refund of the deposit amount or credit.
No Shows
No Refunds of the Deposit amount or credit towards future bookings.
Cancellations after rental start date
- No refunds on early returns.
Rental extension
If you are already enjoying your Eurodriver rental vehicle, and would like to keep it longer, please remember to notify us. You need our permission before you can extend your rental, we will do everything that we can to accommodate you, however, we have the right to deny permission in case the vehicle is already reserved to someone else.
Late returns Minimum charge one day rental for returns 30 minutes plus later than arranged time.
Days Lost
Rental days lost due to bad weather, illness or personal issues are non-refundable.
What is Included in the Rental Rate
Insurance: Collision damage waiver CDW (full insurance), with 300 Euro insurance initial excess for vehicle sizes (100cc to 150cc).
Collision damage waiver CDW (full insurance), with 900 Euro insurance initial excess ( Motorbikes up to 850cc)
Collision damage waiver CDW (full insurance), with 1700 Euro insurance initial excess (Motorbikes over 850cc ).

*Some models may fall out of these categories, we will inform you after you have made your vehicle selection or upon request.
Theft waiver: Theft insurance, for the Motorcycle without excess all vehicles
Third-Party Insurance. (Public Liability)
*Use of vehicle for a 24 hour period. (on min. 3 Days Rentals)
*One-day rental walk-ins direct from the office, one-day rental is from morning to sunset.
Road assistance and breakdown service.
Unlimited mileage (Except KOVE 450 Rally). Kove 450 Rally Free 150km/day extra charge per kilometer 0,39 Euro.
Taxes: VAT 24% and local taxes.
Extras are included in the price on request.
Topcase: request If needed. (Available for All Motorcycles)
Luggage rack: All the Motorcycles are equipped with Luggage rack.
Helmets: ( please request with size, or Bring your Own)
Rental Period
There is a 1 day minimum rental required on Online motorcycle Rentals (min. 5 Days on Specific Areas outside the Main destination)
Rental is from the pick-up time until the drop-off time as stated on the rental agreement and as confirmed in our confirmation mail. Late returns will be charged an additional day's rental.
Helmets We have mainly open-faced with visors /no visors, (free of charge).
Full face helmets and flip-up helmets are available with an Additional Rental fee (free of charge on motorcycle rentals) are provided with all motorcycle rentals on Request at the Booking form. We encourage you to bring your own helmet for comfort and style.
Additional Driver 1) One additional licensed driver is permitted on the motorcycle rental contract, 5 euro /Day additional charge applies.
The minimum age for an additional driver is 21 with a valid motorcycle license There is no extra-driver charge for spouses at no extra cost.
Use of vehicle
The vehicle must be used for regular driving purposes, eg recreational travel. It is forbidden to use the vehicle for competitions, transferring of people for profit, extreme driving, drunk driving or driving under the influence of alcohol, Extreme off-roading, or stunts, and illegal street races. Only the named driver is insured to operate our vehicle. The unauthorized driver of our vehicles by friends, or through subleasing will result in prosecution. Any damage caused by an unauthorized driver is totally the responsibility of the renter. (Registered driver)
Any traffic violations concurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.
Damages caused by drinking and driving or the influence of narcotics are not covered by any insurance.
Off-Road Riding
Some of our vehicles are dual sports and are suitable for light off-road use on hard packed dirt roads. We only authorize driving on dirt roads where:
If required, you have the permission of the landowner, or are sure that you are not on private property.
You must drive only where we can find you if something goes wrong. (documented on maps)
Ride only on roads Where our recovery vehicle can reach you in an emergency, roads wide enough and smooth enough for a large truck to pass.
*Any costs of recovering a vehicle, and from damages to the vehicle as a result of driving on unsuitable roads are the renter's responsibility and not covered by our insurance.
None of our bikes are suitable for enduro or Motorcross riding. Damages as a result of stunts and excessive off-road damages by large rocks sand, and water are not covered by any insurance.
HELMETS ARE REQUIRED BY LAW. THE CURRENT TRAFFIC FINE IN GREECE IS 300 EURO.
Accidents and faults
Accidents and damages must be reported immediately. (We do not take any responsibility for a renter continuing riding on an unassessed vehicle after an accident. Mechanical alterations, adjustments, and adaptations to the vehicle are not authorized by anyone other than a Eurodriver Mechanic. In case of mechanical failure, contact us +306937459267 immediately.
It is the renter's responsibility to report any mechanical faults or failures on the vehicle at the time of discovery. Failure to do so will result in possible additional charges, especially if further damage occurs as a result of the renters continual use. We strictly do no offer refunds as a result of mechanical failure. It is the renters responsibility to report failure, our responsibility to either repair the vehicle in a timely manner or replace the vehicle when required.
Accidents involving 3rd parties must be reported immediately. It will be necessary to wait for insurance parties/authorities to arrive.
Theft of a vehicle is covered by our insurance. It is the responsibility of the renter, to lock and secure the vehicle and to park it in a well lit secure area. You will be required to make a police report. You must have the key to the vehicle. The theft of a vehicle must be reported on discovery.
We do not offer personal accident insurance for the rider. This is the renters responsibility to take out appropriate personal accident cover which includes coverage for motorcycle rental.
Security deposits are accepted via valid credit card or Cash.
6. Geographic Area Restrictions The vehicle can be driven all over Crete. Shipping or Transportation outside of Crete Island, to other islands and the mainland, is not allowed, Without written authorization from Eurodriver.
